Oven Beef Stew
Oven Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans golden mushroom soup, 1 small jar sliced mushrooms, 6 or 7 diced carrots, 1 large onion, diced and 8 potatoes, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Add spices to meat while browning.
Put 1 can golden mushroom soup into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add beef.
Layer vegetables over beef.
Sprinkle mushrooms over top of vegetables. Add last can of mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 cup water.
Cover with foil and cook for 3 or 4 hours on 250Β°.
(Can add layer of diced celery to vegetables, if desired.)
