Our Favorite Crab is an moderately easy dinner. Made with scrubbed crab shells, 1 small onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. margarine, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sauteing half the onion in margarine, gradually add the flour and half and half to make a thick white sauce.
Season with white wine and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
Add hot sauce, salt and pepper.
Add 1 pound crab meat.
Fill shells, cover with bread crumbs and pour on melted margarine.
