Oriental Vegetables
Oriental Vegetables is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts and red peppers, 1/2 c. water or chicken broth, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, dash of garlic powder and 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In medium saucepan, cook vegetables as directed on package. Drain.
In small saucepan, stir together remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
Pour sauce over vegetables.
Toss to coat.
Serves 4 to 6.
