Oriental Rice is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 bell pepper, 4 small carrots, 1/2 onion, 1 c. water chestnuts and 1 c. bamboo shoots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Slice bell pepper, carrots and onion into thin strips.
Chop green onion.
Lightly brown ground beef.
Heat wok on low heat, add 2 tablespoons oil.
Mix ground beef, shrimp and chicken in oil and heat for approximately 2 minutes.
Add vegetables and cook until tender, stirring constantly.
