Oriental Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked rice, 6 green onions, chopped, 3 eggs, 2 small cans mushrooms and 3 tbsp. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cut up green onions.
Fry in oil, stirring constantly, approximately 10 minutes.
Then stir in eggs until done.
Add mushrooms and soy sauce; cook 4 minutes.
Add rice and mix.
