Oriental Rice
Oriental Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 c. cooked rice (regular or instant), 4 pork chops, chopped into bite size pieces, 4 to 6 green onions, chopped, 1 to 2 shredded carrots and 8 oz. frozen green beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook pork bits in 2 tablespoons bacon grease until well done. Add to cooked rice.
While pork is cooking, saute green onions, green beans and carrots in 2 to 3 tablespoons of bacon grease for 8 to 12 minutes.
Add to rice and stir well.
Beat eggs and cook in 1 to 2 tablespoons bacon grease, then add to rice mixture
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with soy sauce as a condiment.
