Oriental Peas
Oriental Peas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 stick margarine, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped green pepper, 2 (10 oz.) boxes peas and 1 small jar pimento, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put the first 3 ingredients in skillet and saute.
Add the peas.
Cook for 5 minutes in 1 cup of boiling water and drain. Add pimento, soup, water chestnuts and 1/4 cup liquid from chestnuts.
Mix up.
Put in covered dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
