Oriental Chili
Oriental Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 clove garlic, crushed, 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.), 1 can condensed tomato soup and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown ground beef in large saucepan or skillet.
Add garlic and onion; cook a few minutes.
Stir in tomato soup, water, brown sugar, salt and chili powder, mixing well.
Add beans with juice and water chestnuts.
Mix all ingredients and heat about 5 minutes.
Pour into a 2-quart casserole.
Open biscuits; flatten slightly and arrange around outside edges of dish on top of mixture, overlapping if necessary.
Brush biscuits with melted butter; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 18 minutes, until biscuits brown.
