Oreo Delight
Oreo Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. oreo cookies, 1/2 gal. ice cream, 1 pkg. salted peanuts, 1/2 c. margarine and 1 jar ice cream topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Crush Oreo cookies.
Mix in melted margarine.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread with 1/2 gallon soft vanilla ice cream. Freeze.
Spread with one jar ice cream topping (fudge caramel or hot fudge).
Spread with crushed salted peanuts.
Spread Cool Whip over top.
Keep in freezer.
