Put milk into a medium-size bowl.
Dip several Oreos at a time into the bowl of milk for at least 5 seconds.
Alternately layer Oreos and Cool Whip in a 13 x 9 glass dish.
Cover and place in freezer until frozen.
Makes a great Sunday afternoon dessert!
