Oreo Cookie Freeze
Oreo Cookie Freeze is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 28 oreos, crushed, 1/4 c. melted margarine, 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened, 4 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate and 6 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix crushed Oreos and 1/4 cup melted margarine.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan and place in freezer.
Spread softened ice cream over Oreo crust.
Place back in freezer.
Melt chocolate, 6 tablespoons margarine, sugar, milk and vanilla over low heat. Cool chocolate mixture.
Spread chocolate mixture over ice cream. Top with Cool Whip and pecans.
In freezer.
