Mix 35 crushed Oreos with melted butter.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cream cheese with confectioners sugar.
Fold in 1/2 of the Cool Whip container.
Spread over crust.
Mix chocolate pudding and vanilla pudding with milk.
Pour over cream cheese mixture.
Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding.
Crush a few more cookies on top.
