Oreo Cookie Cake
Oreo Cookie Cake is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in just 52 minutes. Made with c. margarine, melted, x 16 oz. pkg. oreo cookies, crushed, . cream cheese, x 8 oz. containers cool whip and c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix together the oreos and melted margarine and press into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Reserve 1/4 cup for the top. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 8 oz. of Cool Whip.
Spread over the cookies. Mix the chocolate pudding according to the instructions on the box and spread over the the cheese mixture.
Chill for about 1 hour. Before serving pour on the remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with the rest of the crushed cookies.
