Oreo Cookie Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. oreo cookies or 1 (20 oz.) pkg. sunshine hydrox cookies, 1 to 1 1/2 sticks oleo (depending on amount of cookies), 12 oz. cool whip, softened, 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grind cookies in a food processor or blender; mix with melted oleo.
Set aside 1/2 cup crumbs.
Press the rest of the crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
