Break up half of the cookies and line bottom of cake pan (13 x 9-inches).
Pour melted butter over cookies.
Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and confectioners sugar until spreadable.
Spread cream cheese mixture over cookies.
Mix pudding per package directions and pour over cream cheese mixture.
Crumble remaining cookies on top of cake.
Chill.
