Oreo Cookie Cake
Oreo Cookie Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, melted, 1 x 16 oz. pkg. oreo cookies, crushed, 8 oz. cream cheese, 2 x 8 oz. containers cool whip and 1 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix together the oreos and melted margarine and press into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Reserve 1/4 cup for the top. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 8 oz. of Cool Whip.
Spread over the cookies. Mix the chocolate pudding according to the instructions on the box and spread over the the cheese mixture.
Chill for about 1 hour. Before serving pour on the remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with the rest of the crushed cookies.
