Oreo Cheesecake
Oreo Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 1/4 lb.) pkg. oreos or any other chocolate cookies, 1/3 c. butter or margarine, 4 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, cubed, 1 c. sugar and 6 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In food processor or blender, whirl 1/2 package of cookies, including fillings, until fine crumbs form.
(Or place cookies in paper or plastic bag and crush by rolling with rolling pin.)
Mix in butter.
