Crumble cookies and add milk.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan . Mix cheese, Cool Whip and sugar.
Spread this on the crust.
Mix chocolate pudding and milk; spread on top.
Cover with cookie crumbs.
Refrigerate.
