Orange-Spiced Pecans
Orange-Spiced Pecans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. pecan halves, 1 c. sugar, 1/3 c. orange juice, 1 tbsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat oven to 275°.
Spread pecans on ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 275° for 10 minutes.
In large saucepan combine sugar, orange juice, cinnamon, salt and cloves.
Bring to a boil; boil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; stir in warm pecans.
Using slotted spoon, remove pecans to foil or waxed paper.
Separate with fork; let dry.
Store in airtight container in cool dry place.
Makes 6 cups.
