Combine the first 5 ingredients and set aside
Mix the oleo, sugar, eggs, soda mixed in buttermilk, flour and salt
Mix and pour over fruit and mix together
Spoon into a 12-cup pan or Bundt pan, greased well
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Take ice pick and punch full of holes while still in pan
Mix 1 cup orange juice and 2 cups powdered sugar
Pour over cake while warm
Leave in pan several hours, then take out.
