Orange Salad
Orange Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant), 1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. tapioca pudding mix, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin, 3 c. boiling water and 1 c. crushed pineapple with juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Stir pudding, gelatin and hot water together and boil, stirring constantly until it thickens.
Completely cool.
Add pineapple with juice and drained oranges.
Fold in whipped cream and chill about 3 hours.
Excellent holiday salad.
