Orange Salad
Orange Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin, 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, undiluted, 1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple, undrained, 1 c. milk and 2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add juice and turn into a 9 x 13-inch pan to chill until partially congealed.
Fold oranges and pineapple into gelatin mixture.
Chill until set. Prepare instant lemon pudding mix, using 1 cup milk.
Whip whipping cream; fold into lemon pudding.
Spread on orange gelatin mixture and chill.
Serves 12 to 13.
