Orange Salad
Orange Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Made with buttery crackers, crushed, c. margarine, melted, c. sugar, (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk and (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine first 3 ingredients
Set aside 3/4 cup of crackers
Press remaining crumb mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish
Set aside
Combine sweetened condensed milk, orange juice concentrate and Mandarin oranges
Mix with mixer
Fold in Cool Whip
Spoon mixture over crust and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture
Cover and freeze until firm.
