Orange Rice
Orange Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked regular rice, 3/4 c. chopped celery, 1 tbsp. chopped onion, vegetable cooking spray and 2 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Coat a large skillet with vegetable cooking spray and place over medium heat until hot.
Add rice, celery and onion.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until rice is lightly browned.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
