Orange Punch is an easy dinner. Made with 6 oranges, 2 oz. citric acid, 3 pt. water and 5 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash and quarter oranges.
Grind in food chopper.
Dissolve the citric acid in water; add sugar and orange pulp.
Let stand overnight in a crockery jar; strain.
Cover pulp again with water and let stand for several hours.
Strain again.
Mix with the mixture.
Dilute to serve.
Yield
3 gallons.
