Orange Pumpkin Cake
Orange Pumpkin Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. vegetable oil, 4 eggs, 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin and 1 tbsp. grated orange peel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large mixing bowl, beat sugar, oil and eggs.
Stir in pumpkin and orange peel.
Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and allspice.
Add to mixture in bowl.
Add orange juice and nuts.
Pour into 12-cup Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Sift powdered sugar on top, if desired.
