Orange-Pineapple Mold
Orange-Pineapple Mold is an easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. cream cheese, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 6 oz. pkg. orange jell-o and 1 can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a saucepan, drain pineapple.
Measure juice and add water to make 2 cups.
Add cream cheese.
Let it come to a boiling point, stirring so cream cheese is all melted. Add to Jell-O and stir until all is dissolved. Add pineapple and evaporated milk. Pour into medium Tupperware mold sprayed lightly with Pam. Refrigerate.
May use dressing of a little Cool Whip and mayonnaise, but salad is rich enough without.
Yields 10 servings.
