Orange Pie
A light, gelatin-set chiffon pie of orange Jell-O and fresh orange juice folded with whipped cream and beaten egg white, with optional coconut. Bright, airy and citrusy.

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add orange juice and chill slightly to thicken some, then beat until light and fluffy.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Add sugar and whipped cream.
