Orange-Glazed Ribs
Orange-Glazed Ribs is an easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. pork spareribs, 2/3 c. orange marmalade, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 3/4 tsp. ground ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Place ribs, meaty side down, in shallow roasting pan.
Roast in 450° oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven; drain off excess fat.
Turn ribs, meaty side up.
Reduce oven temperature to 350°; continue roasting 30 minutes more.
Combine marmalade, soy sauce, lemon juice and ginger; spoon half of the sauce over the ribs. Roast 30 minutes more or until tender, spooning remaining sauce over occasionally.
Garnish ribs with orange slices, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
