Orange-Glazed Ham
Orange-Glazed Ham is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 to 4 lb.) boneless fully cooked buffet ham, 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted, 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 2 tsp. prepared mustard and whole cloves (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
Insert meat thermometer. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
Stud ham with cloves, if desired.
Combine orange juice concentrate, brown sugar and mustard.
Brush on ham.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes to 1 hour or until thermometer registers 140°, basting occasionally.
Yields 12 to 16 servings.
