Orange Delight Salad
Orange Delight Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. orange jell-o, 1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows, 2 c. boiling water, 1 c. chopped nuts and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve gelatin and marshmallows in boiling water, stirring until both are dissolved; cool.
Beat in cream cheese. Refrigerate until almost congealed.
Remove from refrigerator and beat until smooth.
Add pineapple, whipped cream and nuts. Congeal in long shallow pan, cut into squares and serve on lettuce.
