Orange Cooler Cake

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease a 10-inch tube pan.
Combine in large mixing bowl the cake mix, 1 1/4 cups water, eggs, 1/4 cup oil, lemon peel and orange peel.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes. Immediately turn cake out on rack and set over shallow pan.
