Orange-Coconut Bubble Bread
Orange-Coconut Bubble Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed, 1/3 c. flaked coconut, 1/4 c. granulated sugar, 3 tbsp. grated orange peel and 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cut dough into 16 equal pieces; shape each in a ball.
Place on floured surface.
Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
In shallow dish, mix coconut, sugar and orange peel.
Using two spoons, roll balls in melted butter, then in coconut mixture to coat all sides. Arrange loosely in two layers in a greased tube pan.
Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place about 30 minutes or until double. Bake in center of preheated 375Β° oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Invert immediately on rack.
Turn top side up.
