Orange Chicken(Good!)
Orange Chicken(Good!) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 egg white, 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs, 3 tbsp. olive oil and 1/3 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dip each breast in egg white, then in bread crumbs, coating evenly.
In a large skillet, heat oil and saute each breaded breast over medium heat until golden. Clean skillet.
In it combine orange juice, marmalade, lemon juice, lemon zest, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Add chicken. Cover and cook 10 more minutes or until tender.
