Orange Chicken
Orange Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 1/2 c. orange juice, 1 1/4 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. molasses and 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place chicken pieces in a single layer in a large skillet.
Combine orange juice, soy sauce, molasses, dry mustard, garlic powder, cinnamon and ginder.
Pour over chicken.
Bring to boil, lower heat.
Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
Add green pepper, cook 5 minutes longer.
