Orange Chicken
Orange Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. (4) chicken breasts, boned and skinned, 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, 4 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. brown sugar and 6 oz. can frozen orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown chicken in butter.
Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
Remove chicken; thicken butter with brown sugar and flour.
Add frozen orange juice and 1 can water.
Place chicken in baking dish and pour sauce over it.
Bake 1 hour at 325Β° covered. Garnish with orange and parsley (if desired).
Serve over rice.
