Orange Cake
Orange Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, juice of 1 orange, strained, 3/4 c. flour, 2 eggs, separated and 3/4 c. ground almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Grease an 8-inch cake pan.
Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Beat the sugar and egg yolks together so that the mixture foams. Gradually beat in the strained orange juice, almonds and flour. Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks and fold into the mixture. Pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
