Orange Bread
Orange Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unpeeled orange, 1/2 c. orange juice, 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Wash and cut orange into pieces, rind and all.
Combine with juice in the blender.
Blend until almost smooth.
Combine sugar, egg and oleo.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add orange and dry ingredients to sugar mixture.
Add nuts.
Pour into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Place on rack to cool, after removing from pan.
