Orange Apricot Ring
Orange Apricot Ring is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can apricot halves, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin, 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate and 1 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Drain apricots; reserve syrup.
Purée apricots in blender. Add water to reserved syrup to make 1 1/2 cups.
Combine syrup, gelatin and dash of salt; heat to boiling.
Stir to dissolve gelatin.
Remove from heat; stir in frozen orange juice concentrate until melted.
Add apricot purée and 1 cup cold water. Pour into 5-cup mold and chill until firm.
