Open Jar Dill Pickles
Open Jar Dill Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with about 2 lb. medium size cukes, about 4-inches long (cut off ends), 3 or 4 cloves garlic, 3 or 4 sprigs dill, 1/4 c. vinegar (cider) and 1/4 c. pickling salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. These ingredients do not need to be boiled.
Put sliced cukes into one canning the rest of the ingredients into the jar after mixing them in a separate bowl. Put cap on and let stand on counter for 3 to 4 days.
Refrigerate. They should ready to eat.
