Opal's Chocolate Pecan Cake

Sift flour, sugar, soda and cinnamon.
Put cocoa, water, cooking oil and butter in a saucepan.
Cook until it comes to a boil or it melts.
Then mix the first 4 ingredients and the 2nd four ingredients together, stirring well, then add the eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes in oblong 9 x 13 pan.
