Onion Soup
Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium onions, thinly sliced, 6 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 7 c. beef bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute onions in butter until soft. Add sugar and salt; toss well.
Cook down slightly until golden brown. Add hot bouillon and bring to a boil.
Add sherry.
Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Spoon into soup crocks. Add slice of bread and top with cheese. Broil until cheese is brown.
