Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large onions, sliced thin, 1/2 c. melted butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 qt. beef broth (canned is okay) and toasted french bread, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook onions in melted butter until tender.
(Cook slowly, you don't want them to burn.)
Add flour and blend well.
Add beef broth.
(If using canned broth or bouillon cubes, do not add salt.)
