Onion Soup
Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 lb. onions, 6 cans college inn beef broth, 3 to 4 beef bouillon cubes, 1/2 to 3/4 c. dry sherry wine and italian bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Slice onions and brown in butter until translucent.
Add cans of beef broth soup, bouillon cubes and sherry.
