Onion Rings

Separate onions into rings; set aside.
Combine all other ingredients.
Beat just until moistened.
Using a fork, dip onion rings into batter; drain off excess.
Add to deep hot fat (375Β°) or saucepan.
Fry onions in single layer, stirring once with a fork to separate rings in single layer.
When onions are golden brown, 2 to 4 minutes, remove and drain on paper towels.
