Onion Rings
Onion Rings is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large bermuda onion, 1 qt. buttermilk, 4 c. flour and 1 qt. oil for frying, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oil in heavy metal pan to 375°.
Slice a large onion crosswise, about 3/8-inches thick.
Separate into rings.
Dip rings first in buttermilk, then flour.
Repeat this 3 times.
Fry in oil (turning once) until golden brown.
Use tongs to put in and remove.
Drain on paper towels and keep warm in 200° oven until serving.
Season as desired with salt.
