Onion Rings
Onion Rings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. milk, 1 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Peel onion.
Cut into thick slices.
Separate into rings. Beat eggs and milk until frothy.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir until well blended.
Pour about 1 inch of vegetable oil in skillet.
Heat to 375Β°.
Dip onion rings a few times in batter and drop into the oil.
Fry until crisp and brown, turning once.
Drain on paper towels.
If batter is too thick, add 1 to 2 tablespoons milk.
