Onion Potatoes
Onion Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (5 lb.) bag potatoes, 1 box onion soup mix and 1/2 stick margarine or butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Peel and slice potatoes.
Place some sliced squares of margarine on bottom of glass casserole dish.
Then layer the potatoes; after a few layers, sprinkle some of the onion soup mix over the potatoes.
Repeat the process until you reach the last layer of potatoes.
The last layer, place soup mix, then some squares of margarine and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake in 350Β° oven for one hour, covered with foil.
