Onion Pie
Onion Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 30 small saltine crackers, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 3 c. sliced onions, 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 1/2 c. scalded milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix crushed crackers with butter.
Press into 9-inch pie pan. Saute onions in small amount of butter until golden brown.
Pour into crust.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Add scalded milk to eggs and pour over onions and cheese.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
