Onion-Mushroom Roast
Onion-Mushroom Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 5 lb. roast, 1 can mushroom soup and 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
👨🍳 Instructions
Line baking pan with 2 sheets of aluminum foil, crisscrossing them in pan.
Place roast in center of pan on foil.
Place mushroom soup on top of roast and 1/2 to 1 full package of dry onion soup.
Seal up both pieces of foil tightly.
Bake at 300° to 350° for 2 1/2 to 4 hours.
No basting necessary.
Juices from meat makes its own gravy.
